Seeking Bookkeeper +
Administrative Support 

Who You Are:


You are a savvy, sharp bookkeeper and administrative support maven looking for part-time work (~25-30 hours per week) supporting a family owned and operated small business. 


With a hawk-eye for detail and the ability to turn on a dime, you welcome the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and step in where needed to make sure the books are pristine, financial reports are readily available and compliance is king. 


What You’ll Do:


  • All things Quickbooks - preparing accounting records to include compiling, analyzing data

  • Reconciling company’s financial records monthly

  • Tracking transactions/revenue and accounts receivable

  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Managing vendor payouts

  • Completing monthly and quarterly state/federal tax filings

  • Producing monthly summary and specialty reports upon request


What Will Wow Us:


  • Experience working with vacation/short-term rentals and/or the hospitality industry

  • Proficiency with CiiRUS (property management software) and/or vacation rental/property management software; minimally, comfort with diving into and learning new software

  • Experience studying trends and proactively anticipating needs/opportunities

  • Flexibility and interest in taking on select administrative tasks and support as needed within scheduled weekly working hours
