Originally built in 1835, our Aiken House was entirely restored in 2022.
Enter 176 B apartment, through a traditional Charleston piazza into a charming living room with exposed beams, warm wooden accents and modern furnishings.
The open-concept living room blends seamlessly with a gourmet kitchen.
Maximizing historic home square footage, you’ll find a hidden Murphy queen bed in the den and privacy screen (making the optional 3rd bedroom).
Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find two mirrored, en suite bedrooms with luxurious king beds. Step out on your private porches and enjoy a glass of wine looking out over our gardens or historic downtown Charleston.
