Is there parking available?
Yes. There is private, off-street parking available with a single parking space allotted for each 2BD - 3BD rental unit and two spaces allocated for 4BD+ units.
How big is the property?
Nested within the vibrant Cannonborough neighborhood, St. Philip Square is a collection of 6 restored historic homes with 17 distinguished (2BD - 5BD) apartments with a spacious shared courtyard that spans approximately a square block of downtown Charleston.
How close are you to King Street?
Sitting neatly between Morris and Cannon Street, St. Philip Square is one short block from the hustle, bustle, wining and dining of Charleston’s famous King Street.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are welcome to cancel or change your reservation within 60-days of arrival with a full refund and no penalties. If you need to cancel within the 60-day window, we will attempt to rebook your reservation and will issue you a partial refund if we are able to do so.
When is check in/check-out?
Standard check in is at 4PM with check out at 10AM. If available, we will work to accommodate early check in or late check out requests with a potential upcharge.
What are your cleaning practices/policy?
Our cleaning practices are thorough and above standards of what is required for OSHA compliance.
I’m traveling with a group or making reservations for a larger party (10+ guests), how can you help?
We do this all the time! To help with larger reservations, we recommend giving us a call to coordinate. Across all our accommodations, we can host 120+ guests at St. Philip Square.
