She’s a thing of beauty. Welcome to the crown jewel of St. Philip Square, our Aiken House. Originally built in 1835, our Aiken House just completed a major renovation and remodel in 2023. 

Step inside through a traditional Charleston piazza that leads you straight up the stairs to our stunning 176 C apartment with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  

You’ll be greeted by a charming living room with a warm wooden hearth and modern furnishings. Professionally decorated and curated, the ambiance is both cozy and contemporary.

Smartly situated, you’ll find a full service gourmet kitchen and small bar with laundry neatly tucked away behind a closet door. Step outside onto your private porch with full dining table and take your coffee overlooking downtown Charleston streets. 

On this floor, you’ll find 2 of the 4 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a dramatic four poster king bed and the other a modern canopy queen bed - both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. 

Continue up the stairs for our darling two dormer rooms - each featuring 2 double beds and en suite bathrooms. 

As our guest, you’ll be given convenient parking and a delightfully unique space to call your own during your Charleston getaway that is mere steps away from all that historic downtown has to offer. 

Large group in tow? Ask us about combining your reservation to include the 176 A apartment downstairs for a total of 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to 14 guests.
